Complete the 2026 Herter-O’Neal Scholarship application for $750 towards books and tuition. The Herter O’Neal Scholarship is awarded each year to honor the work and dedication of Edith Herter and Frances O’Neal, founding members of the N.C. Cooperative Extension Administrative Professionals Association. The deadline to apply is March 20, 2026.
This scholarship is offered to anyone pursuing a college degree (Associate or Bachelor’s) in business or a business-related field of study or enrolled in a diploma program that results in a degree (Associate or Bachelor’s), with the exception of current members or those eligible to become members of the NCCEAPA.
Applicants must be a legal resident of North Carolina.

Scholarship amount: $750
Funds are paid directly to the school and not to the individual.
Submit your application to your county extension office by March 20th, 2026.
