Join N.C. Cooperative Extension of Richmond County for a fun day learning how to grill beef! Youth ages 9-18 are invited to learn about beef production and food safety taught by N.C. Cooperative Extension agents. Instructors will use hands-on activities and group facilitated learning to teach youth in a fun and memorable way. Participants will also prepare their own hamburger lunch using the knowledge and skills they gained from the camp.
