The Richmond County Beekeepers will host a Beekeeping School Saturday, March 16, from   9 am  - 3 pm. This workshop will cover basic information on what it takes to get started beekeeping, including equipment, location, castes of bees, diseases and much more. Lunch will be served. Participants will take home a book on beekeeping as well. Weather permitting, we will have a live beehive for observation. Cost is $30.00 per individual or $50.00 per family.
