The annual Wildfoods Cook-off will be held on Tuesday, April 1st beginning at 6:30 PM! The event takes place at the Sandhills Rod and Gun Club, located at 149 O.G. Reynolds Road in Ellerbe.  Entries must be registered from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Judging will begin at 6:30. No dishes will be accepted after 6:30 pm.  This year’s program is “Knot Tying Basics”. This will be a fun hands-on demonstration taught by 4-H Agent, Erin Barnes. If you are not preparing a dish but would like to attend this event as a taster, the cost is $5.00 per person with children under 6 free.
