The Montgomery County 4-H Summer Adventures workshops are now open for registration! We hope to offer something for every youth, ages 5-18 face to face this summer! We are offering animal and plant classes, BBQ bootcamp, cake decorating, baby sitter’s backpack, adulting 101, & so much more! With so many different options, you’re sure to find something to interest your youth. We want everyone to learn something new with us this summer!

Individual workshops are designed for specific age ranges. Please read through the brochure linked below for detailed workshop descriptions and registration details. To give ALL youth in our county an opportunity to participate, registration is open until May 28, 2021.

Summer Adventures Brochure

We are asking that youth mark each workshop they would like to attend, but also rank their top 3 choices. Every effort will be made to place youth in all of the workshops they want to attend, but due to space limitations, this may not be possible. Youth and parents/guardians will be notified which workshops they have been placed in on May 28 and payment will be accepted by cash or check made out to Montgomery County 4-H, at the N.C. Cooperative Extension of Montgomery County office, 203 W. Main St. Troy, May 31-June 4. To register, please click the link below. As a COVID-19 precaution, social distancing and mask wearing will be in effect.

Registration Form

We hope you will join us this summer for lots of learning and FUN!
