  • How to carry a knife safely
  • Identifying several types of knife cuts
  • Practicing correct knife cuts using herbs and vegetables

IMPORTANT: We are offering two different registration options. Please double-check the option you select at checkout, as we are offering a limited number of LIVE Cook Along registrations for those who can attend LIVE.

LIVE Cook Along: For participants who are able to attend the session LIVE at the designated time. In your confirmation email, participants will receive a shopping list and recipe for Tomato Basil Soup with Parmesan. In the Cook Along portion of the class, we will practice knife skills with the vegetables and herbs used in this recipe. This recipe offers stove-top, slow cooker, and electric pressure cooker instructions for finishing. Participants are welcome to finish this recipe using whatever method you choose. Registration is limited for this option in order to ensure ample time and space for participants to get help with technique and get questions answered. **If you sign up for this option but are unable to attend live, please let us know as soon as possible. We will change your registration to Watch Later and offer your LIVE Cook Along spot to someone else.**

Watch Later: For participants who are unable to attend the live session at the designated time. You will receive a link to the workshop recording once the class is complete. In your confirmation email, participants will receive a shopping list and recipe for Tomato Basil Soup with Parmesan. The live class will be using the vegetables and herbs in this recipe to practice knife skills. Feel free to purchase the ingredients and practice along with the recording! Instructors are available to answer questions via email or phone.
